That last instrumental piece before sign off was some version of "Midnight in Moscow", which is the song from which the Radio Mayak interval signal was derived.

Latin American Pirate / ROCV 6906 USB 0400 UTC

Via the N3JLY KiwiSDR. Spanish language music programming with frequent IDs, sounds like "ROF" to me, but I'm not sure I'm hearing that right. Claiming to be from Venezuela, announcing 6906 kHz, seems to be USB.
Update: OK, this is apparently R.O.C.V., in El Tigre, Anzoátegui, Venezuela, the new station that's "not a pirate" because they are requesting permission to broadcast.
