Spanish UNID 6925 LSB 2318 UTC 112 OCT 2023

From time to time I hear what seem to be marine communications in Spanish in the lower end of the 6900-7000 band.  But this one is surprisingly good in western New York, seems like a speech or commentary, or maybe a phone call? Could be a program? Does not seem to be a two-way conversation, though maybe two men at the same microphone? Anyone know what this might be? I'm not a good judge of Spanish accents, but might hazard a guess that this is Castillian Spanish.

Thanks, there are at least three others of these tonight, but the first one almost seemed like a program, not a phone call.
