   This is very interesting. I understood what the man says in Russian at the beginning:
"An American company has released a recording of a private space rocket's launch computer check."
Then comes a series of check numbers, but why are they pronounced in Russian?
  The structure of the message does not correspond to the syntax of number sations.
I suggest moving this to Utility

 It makes you think that if someone announces "World War III" on the radio,
let's not rush to crawl to the cemetery!
  For me too it was an illogical event!
