Freebanders fighting 3460 LSB 1910 UTC 18 March 2020

Very broken music. Faint and noisy. Keeps stopping and then starting up again

Coming in much stronger @ 1915
1929 better audio on LSB. Music is clearer (Nat King Cole) and I can hear spoken words(french?) at times in the background

Music, but not pirate radio, not hobby broadcasting.
That out-of-band out-of-rules hams fighting and jamming. i won't translate such talks !
