S9+ signal, very poor audio. Frequent dropouts, and carrier going on and off. Not sure if someone is testing?  WYFR has been known to tune up off freq, but this one is playing rap/urban music, so I don't think it's them.

Nada here. did hear a weak carrier at 6970, which as since went away
