WEZY, 0034 raggae music?, 0038 sounds like mlk jr. speaking, sigs at S5-8 here popping in and out of the static.  off at 0052 after a series of v's then ID all in cw mode numerous times.  Pls qsl..thanks.

Here also but very weak at 0039 UTC tune in. It does sound like Martin Luther King speaking!
The peskie on LSB is bleeding over into the USB here, but I can hear the crowd giving attestation during the speech. Kudos to the op on this whoever you are!

At the noise threshhold - very poor to unusable

0035 - hearing banjo or guitar strumming, or old blues
0037 - sounding like a speech, background crowd noise
0043 - definitely a MLK speech - unmistakable voice and cadence
0049 - speech ended
0049 - CW now - "VVV DE..." poss. an ID in association with the MLK Broadcast ?
0052 - CW ceased
0052 - S/Off -QRT ? or fade to black ?

Looking at the random letters from the M-8000 I do see WEZY decoded properly once.

That is CW and it says 'de wezy'.
