Funcube Dongle Pro + for remote receiver?
« on: June 26, 2013, 2158 UTC »
Anyone have any experience with these for remote use?  I'm thinking of sticking one of these in the high plains for TX monitoring and such.  I would like the ability for remote demod with I and Q for various demodulation schemes (C-quam and DRM to list a few). Plus, at around $200 I wouldn't cry too much if lightning got it.

P.S. This would be on a 43M longwire or inverted V.

Not sure, but I've been considering getting one of these to play with. Join the Yahoo Group dedicated to it,
