My understanding is that they are testing four frequencies for 15 minutes: 7255 UAE  11685/9585 WOF  9870 ASC.  Annual Flag Day test one week before actual transmission.

9870 - good  11685 - excellent   9585 - fair  7255 - no reception
2130 ID to news (Kate Middleton, India, Euro Cup)
2133 Story of refugee (George) in Gaza Church
2137 YL continues with story about George/Christianity
2145 YL speaking, off mid-sentence
