A carrier, just detectable above the summer noise floor. S4, noise spikes to S7.

2241 UTC Prerecorded jingle, then another dance tune
2245 UTC Short announcment, then folk/pop tune man singer
2248 UTC Prerecorded jingle, man & woman, then Arnold Schwarzenegger's "I'll Be Back" clip, then off abruptly at 2249 UTC
