Someone came on with music starting around 0140z.

This was sent in Robot 72C mode, and the beginning was not transmitted, including the VIS info:



There was still someone else talking when this was transmitted, so I am not sure if the SSTV was meant  to oppose what the op was saying.

Maybe 6960 is the 43 meters pescadores version of 14313?
