Hearing some weak audio mixing with the noise....OM talking? Possibly some music also....maybe this is a mixing product or spur?

Thanks Terry...this is probably a Radio Habana spur, but it's not strong enough for me to match it with a known Habana frequency broadcasting at this time

I hear something right at the noise also. Don't think it is European though. Nothing on the Twente SDR online. Seems to be getting stronger, YL singing maybe.
Update 0140: Signal improved just a bit and they are speaking Spanish. Since I don't, I don't know what they are saying but it is a man and woman talking.
