I fell asleep with my radio tuned to what seemed to be Formula one racing  on 3927.6(from a tip in the hfu chat). When I woke up at 9:55utc I could hear faint, distorted jazz. Once I properly tuned the music I recognized the frequency & heard a TOH ID a minute later. The voice was weak but copyable but the music was better. It turns out that after the recent 2 feet of snow & ice brought down part of my horizontal loop the damn thing works better now. SIO  242
