0420 UTC: "Test, 1, 2, test..." a couple of minutes of dead air, then "This is Current Time Radio" and "See you next time."  Clear signal, entire transmission clearly audible, tho' QSO after transmission was audible but unintelligible.
(N. Central TX - Palstar R30C with indoor fugloop antenna).

Transcript from brief transmission:
Hello, radio, hello, radio.
This is Current Time Radio, Current Time Radio.
The current time is zero-four-twenty, zero-four-twenty.
This is Current Time Radio.
See you next time.
