0013 S9+15 1752,6 return RU propaganda broadcast - I think it's a rebrodcast of some Russian BCS station
- cooments Russian/Belorussian  a 300-year relationship
- on SDR Kiwi Tambov only S 6-7
- I did not find their source on MW, it is probably an FM  or stream station
