OM with mike check "One Two", heard several times
2245: maybe off air
2247: occasional whistling
2354: vocal sound effects by OM, carrier appearing off/on

Either a 40 meter ham tuning up off band or a pirate checking out his gear for a New Year's Eve broadcast is my guess.
