031- Hearing classic Radio Azteca programming, with Bram Stoker and intermittent music. Gives Wellsville, NY mail drop address.
032- Bram Stoker IDs. "Hey boys and girls..."

Exact frequency is 6975.55 kHz. S9+20 with the K3FEF KiwiSDR. I have been recording since around 2345 UTC.
