Feb 13 - Echo of Hope - VOH, has NOT changed frequencies for a month now; heard at 1316 UT with an anomaly of not as
much jamming as usual; 5995 // 6250 // 6350 and 9100, were all fair-good with no jamming and 3985 // 4885 were poor with
jamming. Voice of the People, with the usual unchanged 3480 // 3910 // 3930 // 4450 // 4560 // 6520 // 6600 kHz.
