7/25/09 - Wolverine Radio - Texas music theme show, following Wolverine's recent pattern of musical theme shows.
6930 USB, 0250z-0336z, SINPO - 43233

0250z: Older acoustic blues
0254z: Older style big band music
0300z: "Deep in the Heart of Texas", into another Texas theme swing song
0304z: Texas Polka
0306z: Wolverine Radio ID
0309z: "You're From Texas", Bob Wills with that "Ah-hah!"
0312z: "Luckenbach, Texas", Waylon Jennings
0320z: Texas theme blues rock (one sounded like Johnny Winter)
0324z: Wolverine Radio ID
0328z: Johnny Winter "Hustled Down In Texas"
0332z: Old radio drama "Tales of the Texas Rangers with Joel McCrea", into Bud Lite commercial, "Today we salute you, Mr. Way Too Proud of Texas Guy"
0336z: Instrumental of "Deep In The Heart Of Texas", Wolverine ID w/ echo fx, SSTV of the Alamo.
0338z: Second SSTV heard, much weaker and noisier, presumably someone else.

Thanks, and a tip o' my gimme cap to Wolverine for the Texas theme show!

SINPO - 43233, big signal punching through noise and fades.  One of the best signals I've heard from Wolverine this year.
