Pulse Short Beep Single one 4 times followed by double beep twice ? Any ideas?

No idea but there have been some odd-ball Russian Mil signals in that area recently. Tones/Beeps type signals.

I get the same on 13.559 here 24/7. Confirmed by other users. Have a listen to the recording on my post to see if same.
