This sounds like the station that has been on 6970 or 6974.9 (must be using a Stretchy TX    ) episodically off and on (mostly off) over the past few years, for several days or weeks at a time, daily or close to it. In the last few "episodes" of activity there has generally not been an ID given. I think two or three years ago there was an ID of something like "Nowhere Radio" given out a couple times.

Listening on an east coast SDR. Usual SINPO of 34333.
