Reviewing my Perseus wav files, I too heard this unid station on 6890U (only there very briefly around 01:34 for less than 6 minutes), and then found them on 6900 USB.  A brave choice as there are a LOT of non-stop Spanish fishermen using LSB.  Very nice reception into Masset.  Very eclectic music that both Shazam and AHA are having difficulty IDing!  6900 began as a crash start at 01:37:30 UTC or thereabouts. 
Finally at 01:59 Shazam IDs  My Step, by Little Dragon.   Still not a hint of an ID.  Very good reception into Masset, BC. 
Once on 6920 USB, no issues with QRM.
      0214:  Devil Delight, by Heart   Excellent reception into Masset.  Later, a comedy routine.
      off at 02:30 without any ID.
