0242 - Tuned in just in time to hear, "You are listening to VFO Radio. Don't touch that dial." Into Glenn Miller.
0245 - "Once again ladies and gentlemen, you are tuned to VFO Radio, the station playing various forms of obscurity. More (something) to follow."
0249 - Close down announcement by "Alistair Crowley". "Thank you very much for listening." TX off.

Some echo on the microphone audio. Perhaps meant to sound like "1930s radio" audio, which it does. SINPO 34343 on an SDR in Pennsylvania.

Via a recording, 35343 in Wyomissing.  Nice band of local noise planted on frequency.  Might have been "excellent" without it.
