0515z: Unid song with something in lyrics about "at the store" and "radio"
0517z: Elvis Costello "Radio, Radio" (not same song as above)
0522z: SSTV, Scottie 2 mode, poor copy here, appears to be Eccentric Shortwave logo at bottom

SINPO - 24311, occasionally just above noise level, mostly fades to inaudible.
Received e-mail confirmation from op that this was Eccentric Shortwave.  Unid song I heard was "Revenge On The Radio" by Danger Is My Middle Name.  Thanks, ES!
