Outhouse? 6926.7 0011-0016

on a 0011 with repeated ID in computer voice, hard to understand but pretty sure was "Outhouse Radio", kept repeating and changing speeds for a minute, then music, and same ID repeated 0015 and off.

33442 (ssb QRM started and stopped with signal)

found again 0021 on 6925.0 usb, variety of music, think he said was testing a new tx, ID 0033

I think it was OUTHOUSE RADIO, sounded like their gig, but couldn't catch id, lots  of  static.

Heard same here, very good signal and the computer voice ID's were very clear even with the rapidly changing speed.  Conditions went to poo after gray line/sunset passed, tho'.
