0130 UTC playing rave style dance music solid S5-S7 signal into southern WI one song then off, sounded like WMPR?

This was probably the same station I heard that eventually ended about 0300.  Rave/tech music with periods of silence.  A couple of probable IDs but very hard to understand.  An eventual SSTV pic at 0248.

If the station you and I heard are the same ones it was UNID Radio.

The SSTV image was pretty torn up on my end by an RTTY TX on the same freq.  Without the RTTY it would have been a very nice copy.
