Not sure now if this is a pirate or SWBC.
WRMI ID At 0000z. But they use 9955 kHz. So some sort of spur or mixing product? Or a  pirate relay?

***UPDATE: It's a NEW freq for WRMI!!! I called WRMI & spoke with Jeff White. It will be a new outlet as of tomorrow, at a bearing of 285 degs [toward San Diego]!!! It appears on their website under "Programming" section. Mr. White was a little startled & said they'd only started transmitting at 2330z. I laughed & joked that despite no press on this new freq, there's a crew of us watching them. He was a nice guy to talk with!

Research reveals Jeff is the founder of WRMI, FYI...

IMHO, the FCC did this intentionally!!! LOL

Hmmm...interestingly enough, there doesn't seem to be any pirate operations on 6915 in the last few years other than one from Europe that hasn't been heard here in many moons. This should provoke a parody or two....

Hearing it also.  Sounds likes man singing but audio a bit "watery" here and signal not very strong.
As Chris mentioned, may be a mixing product.  At times sounds like two signal interlapping with each other.
Not sure if current geomagnetic storm may be creating some weird prop effects tonight.

Checked the schedule, Rafman, and it looks like it will be Bro. Stair on 24/7 on this frequency.
Won't this interfere will the MARS broadcast sometimes heard on 6913?
I guess the question I have is why the FCC would allow a commercial station to broadcast on a frequency so far outside the 41-metre band?

I toured WRMI last summer and met Jeff White and most of the crew. All really nice and they spent a lot of time with us (wife was with me). Quite an installation and an outstanding antenna farm. If you are ever going to be in the area schedule a tour with them ahead of time. Info is on their web site.

I'd just stumbled into content at 5:20+UTC and there is still barely legible signal, interesting audio. Hope conditions improve, thank you for the broadcast WRMI!

i suspect a few things though i could be wrong or i could be right:
1) that "brother scare" is aware of the pirates and their listeners in this band (go where the fish go)
2) that "brother scare" successfully lobbied the FCC in more way$ than one (money is the root of change)
3) that "brother scare" reads these forums (inspiration is key)
4) this may be just the beginning (expect more SWBC in this band)
yes there are MARS operations on and around 6915KHZ that are very frequently active during the day on the east cost but as its been observed before, they simply switch frequencies (using their emailed charts) when they receive interference, MARS operations have enough frequencies at their disposal just like COTHEN ALE/VOICE operations do in the USA and COTHEN has ALE/SSB VOICE operations in the 7Mhz SWBC band.
if MARS operates within +/- 5 Khz of 6915 and complains enough to the FCC, the FCC may make WRMI change their frequency (just like they did to WBCQ) but times change, so do importance and needs, and i suspect that this new 24/7 SWBC at 6915 is here to stay.
i believe it is likely possible the motive behind this (FCC) is to cause "disruption" to the well known popular frequency of 6925 though i expect the audio bandwidth of 6915 not to be greater than 5Khz each side band, reducing your SDR receive filter to 4/4.5Khz AM (or using ECSS AM USB) will significantly reduce the 5Khz co-channel heterodyne, although if the signal from 6915 is quite strong, there will be some splatter beyond 5Khz that cannot be alleviated regardless of filters/notches used.
