Hearing music rising above noise floor at 2347 UTC
2349 UTC OM said something but nada on the copy, into "I'm Done"-The Julie Ruin
2352 UTC OM, then unid tune
2357 UTC "A Change of Heart"-The 1975
0003 UTC Buried in the noise now...still hearing a weak carrier.
