Not sure if this is the same, but I have a very weak carrier on 15059.7 with no audio

That's it. It was on 15059.745 but has since drifted down a little. I was getting some nice audio a few minuets ago, but it has since mostly faded out again. The bands are not in great shape (this should come as a surprise to no one).
