UNID Amateur, 0440 GMT, 7176 khz

Getting a bit of what seems like amateur radio conversation right now (0436 GMT) on 7176 khz.  Sounds like two technical gurus talking to each other.  Range is S4 - S8....just heard one of the hams say his QTH is Tulsa, OK.  Not bad for an AZ-based receiver.  :)
