Hmmm...atrainradio...was it possible that you were tuned to 6955 instead of 6945 at this time? There were a pair of SSTV's on 6955U, the first one ending at 0028 UTC and the second ending at 0030 UTC per the time stamp on my decodes...they were quite strong here in my location.  ???
There is also a Link-11 that has been operating on 6946ish the past few days.  ???
I had almost zero reception of RFW during his transmission times here...there was a weak signal during the earlier part of the broadcast, but the signal went long and stayed that way.
