Maybe I misheard the anthem... definitely a Communist one though... or maybe the station played both

2037 UTC Station IDs - It is transmitting because 1 of May.... I have checked the anthem I am now hearing is definitely the Communist Internationale, as it used to be played on Radio Tirana, Albania under Communism at the end of their broadcasts

Well, I tried e-mailing a reception report for an eQSL from this political station, but their hotmail address does not work.... I also tried a different spelling radioanonimous@hotmail.com with the same result.
