Been hearing this one for a few days on the east coast as well. Signal about 222. Can not get a good signal on many of the Euro KiwiSDRs so not sure where it is located. I can hear it also mid morning here in the Mid Atlantic occasionally.

Comes in well most days on Somerset HDR southwest.ddns.net:8073 and Portsmouth, and GM8XBZ in Scotland.
