Only occasional carrier on the SDR recording. Seemed to be centered at 4080.19.

Seems like most people were hearing this one in the eastern part of the US.  I heard him, 1000 kW NW of Vancouver on Haida Gwaii, and agree that he was on 4080.179.  Fair reception way up here on a North Beverage.  Off at 01:31 (and note I heard another USB pirate on 4080 later after 02:00.  Sure nice to have so many pirates on New Year's eve!   73,   Walt
