0045Z: I stand corrected on this ID, was Wolverine Radio.  Heard ID several times, but was said very quickly and not too clearly.  Off air at 0040.  Great signal, just needs ID clarity.

Can barely hear the music over the noise, Annie Lennox "Walking on Broken Glass" broke through the noise pretty well though. ~ 0020Z
