6925 USB, 2100-2130 UTC: Ethereal sounding music, mostly instrumental tho' one had woman vocalist. Weak but fairly steady signal, no ID heard, but good audio quality.
2131z: ID? Man's voice, fairly monotone, reminiscent of Toynbee Radio voice.
