An email worth keeping for historical reasons. Let me plug their English service program, M-W-F at 2200 utc, oft times wonderful music.  Can be found on 11940 and a host of other frequencies:

"Greetings from Spain .

Due to the confinement in their homes of part of the team of Radio Exterior de Espaņa caused by the COVID epidemic, QSL's desk report sending is being delayed, but will resume back again, and will be sent as usual  , once the epidemic is over . Thank you for listening and your fidelity. Thank you so much.​"
