2222 S6 on SDR in UK.  Loop repeats "RPT RADIOPIRANA" over and over

This morning between 06b and 07 UTC, reception via  Kiwi SDR: W1NT in Newton, New Hampshire, NH USA was relatively good. Steady CW signal. I may try again tomorrow. I do however take more care than before. A new military station has appeared only 200 meters away!
