Victory Radio is a pirate station that was active in the early and middle years of the '00 decade. The decision to broadcast is apparently prompted by a sports win by the University of Texas at Austin, usually in football or basketball. Program material consists of information about the win, along with Texas-related music. The station is usually heard in the vicinity of 6950, sometimes 6955, and sometimes 6947. Both USB and LSB have been used.
