-	This Russian military commandment network sends "Monolith" type messages from Mikron-79 and Uha-12. (Russian: Микрон-79 and Уха-12). The signal was first encountered on October 4th, 2018 and have since logged several transmissions including "Monolith" messages and standard network reception checks. An uncommon detail of this network is that they also use the lower sideband of ~~4574kHz~~ whereas typically only one (usually upper) sideband is ~~utilised~~. Aeronautical positioning and navigational information is also relayed between ground and air units on this channel in both upper and lower sidebands.
