WCTU the Mouth of the South
WCTU, a possible reference to the old anti-tippler organization, was active in the 90s. It claimed to be broadcasting from "beautiful Lake Sydney, just a stone's throw from downtown Atlanta, Georga." Propagation and amateur direction finding efforts seemed to cast doubt upon these claims. The DJ, Willie Ketchem, played a mix of country rock and "not certified for FCC air play" jukebox classics like the "I-95 @ssh0|e" song and the "Rodeo Song".
The QSL below, signed by "The Fat Man" (in a bathtub?), confirmed a 1993 transmission.
