WMPR is a pirate radio station with an electronic music format. There has been no deviation from this format. It usually broadcasts in the AM mode, on or near 6925 KHz. Announcements are simple and are made by an unidentified male voice with reverb, and sometimes with a female computer voice. The type of electronic music featured on WMPR is primarily trance, with some jungle and house influence.
