CFRX broadcasts on 6070 kHz with a relay of mediumwave station CFRB 1010 kHz from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It transmits with 1kW of power. CFRX began broadcasting at 7:30 am on February 11th, 1937. The current transmitter is a solid state shortwave transmitter made by Armstrong Transmitter Corporation.
