Shortwave 1710 is a North American mediumwave pirate. It was first heard on August 30 2022 and has been broadcasting non-stop since. It appears to be very low power and has only been logged by a few listeners on the HFU and the only KiwiSDR it can be received on is the N4DKD KiwiSDR in Birmingham, Alabama. In most locations it is only audible as a slight het to the WQFG689 TIS. The station carries a classic rock format with occasional YL identifications. No contact information is known.
