Puxatawney Pothead

Puxatawney Pothead is a pirate radio operator who hosts Puxatawney Pothead Radio. He is usually very elusive except for the occasional Groundhog Day transmission, but occasionally makes appearances on other pirate shows and at the Winterfest.
There is a small wooded area between the parking lot at the Winterfest and the turnpike known as "Puxatawney Pothead Cove."
