WPUP was a pirate radio show attributed to Captain Ganja that was active in 1999. The show parodied Y2K paranoid conspiracy theorist broadcasts that were active on shortwave and other mediums at the time, while maintaining a pro-marijuana stance akin to Radio Free Euphoria. WPUP announced IDs that were similar to comtemporary pirate broadcasters, e.g. "Radio Mutt-alica Worldwide" and "Voice of the Runaway Pupparishi." At least four WPUP shows were produced.
