Pancho Villa HF relay QSL.

The Voice of Pancho Villa is a pirate radio station that traditionally broadcasts at midnight on the concluding Saturday evening of the annual SWL Winterfest in Kulpsville, Pennsylvania. The station has been active since at least the early 1990s.
