Charleston Radio International is a highly active shortwave pirate from Germany. It airs music and other programming from the 20's, 30's, and 40's in English. It operates daily for many hours. Programming seems to be automated with a very large library of vintage music. It uses the frequency of 5140 kHz, above the 60 meter tropical band. It can sometimes be heard with a weak signal in Eastern North America. Reception reports sent to charlestonradiointernational@yahoo.com are verified with an eQSL.
