Fookin schlob is an example of pirate radio lingo that appears in communications among pirate radio operators and listeners. The phrase is attributle to Captain Ganja and James Brownyard, among others, and appears to have spontaneously appeared on various online forums in the late 1990s. Generally understood to be derived from Irish slang dialect.
