The SDR-IQ is a Software Defined Radio manufactured by RF Space. It samples at 66.6 MHz, and receives up to a 30 MHz wide spectrum.

It is extremely useful for monitoring HF to detect new or infrequent transmissions, as an entire band can be displayed at once.

SDR-xx server may be used to operate the SDR-IQ on Mac OS X.
