Another splatterbox.

A splatterbox is a transmitter known to have poor harmonic suppression, the tendency to splatter well over it's normal operating bandwidth, unintentionally interfere with other transmissions, or otherwise act in a bad way. Common examples of splatterboxes include homebrew FM transmitters and over-amplified CB transmitters.
